| 1 | Oil vessels / Refinery supply the oil (Heavy Fuel Oil) to the port will normally be stored in Bulk Terminal. |
| 2 | Bionas will produce it’s additive from the Bio-fuel Processing Plant and send the Additive to Port storage facility. |
| 3 | A blending storage tank is needed to produce B25 which consist of 75% Heavy Fuel Oil (FO) , and another 25% Bionas Jatropha additive. |
| 4 | B25 Heavy Fuel is ready for distribution to Heavy Industries, Power Plant etc. |
| 5 | B25 Heavy Fuel is ready to be exported through vessel/barge. |
